Frisco Construction Co., Inc. is a full service company. Our services consist of pile driving, bulkheads, water control structures, pipeline protection, pipeline and flow line hook up, oil field production facilities, zap locks up to 6 inches, fabrication and inspection.

All the above services are done on land, inland waters and offshore up 50' water depth.

Bennett has been with Frisco Construction since 2000 and has over 40 years of experience in oilfield construction. He has supervised the construction and installation of wood, vinyl, and steel platforms and bulkheads, and concrete pile driving and pipelines up to 6 inches.

Jim Pellegrin Sr.

Jim has worked in the oilfield industry since 1973. He has been with Frisco Construction since 2004 and has supervised the construction and installation of wood, vinyl, and steel platforms and bulkheads, and concrete pile driving and pipelines up to 6 inches.
